October 24, 2025 – Current Status


September 10, 2025 – Production & Turn Time Update


The transition from our Coldwater, OH facility to our Centers of Excellence continues and remains our highest priority.  Warehoused items are currently being fulfilled from our Grove City, OH location—with packaged goods shipping within 24–48 hours.
 
Please see the updated table below, which reflects our current production capacity. Our teams are working diligently to meet every commitment and restore full production levels by October 31.
 
If you’ve requested a proof, please allow 5–7 business days for arrival.

September 3, 2025 – California Prescription Pad Update


To ensure ongoing compliance with California prescription regulations, our Rx pad formats have been updated. While some design and format elements have changed, these updates meet current requirements and remain ready for immediate use. The details are outlined below so you know what to expect with future orders.

Product Format Updates

  • Two-part booked forms discontinued – all prescription forms will now be delivered in a glued/padded format.
  • Laser sheet specifications updated – orders will now use a full-size 8.5" x 11" sheet.
  • Discontinued option – the laser sheet with the script in the corner is no longer available.

Design Adjustments

  • Maximum of 8 prescribers per script
  • Barcode repositioned to the opposite side
  • RX symbol relocated
  • Flat screen VOID replaces scallop VOID
  • Side binding now standard across all formats
  • Blank cover included (wrap-around cover no longer available)
  • Batch and consecutive numbering repositioned

Changes are effective as of August 13, 2025.

Aug 15, 2025 – A Message from our Leadership Team


Dear Valued Distributors,

We want to take a moment to personally acknowledge the recent service level issues you are experiencing within the Wilmer line of business. We sincerely apologize. These challenges are the direct result of two significant transitions we are currently undergoing — a major business system changeover and a concurrent facility relocation.

To elaborate, our previous business system had reached the end of its life. It was no longer supported from a development perspective and lacked the ability to evolve with our growing business needs. Unfortunately, continuing to operate on this outdated platform was not a viable option, as it posed increasing risks to service reliability, data integrity, and overall efficiency. As a result, we had no choice but to move forward with a comprehensive business system changeover. While this transition is critical to supporting our long-term growth and enhancing the service we provide to you, we recognize that it has come with short-term challenges.

In addition to the business system changeover, we are in the process of moving the print production from our Coldwater facility to other locations within our manufacturing platform. This decision was not made lightly. It comes after careful consideration of current market conditions, operational challenges that exist, and the long-term sustainability of our business. While this relocation was a necessary step for the long-term stability of our business and our customers, it has surfaced some unforeseen challenges within our business systems that were not fully anticipated.

These issues have impacted our order processing and production timelines, and we recognize the frustration this may have caused. Please know that our teams are actively working to address these system-related disruptions and are making steady progress toward resolution. Our entire team is working diligently to stabilize operations, streamline our processes, and return to the service levels you have come to expect from us. We are making meaningful progress each day and anticipate being much closer to our standard order turnaround times within the next 30 days.

Aug 12, 2025 – Shipping Update for Packaged Goods


From Aug. 13 to Aug. 15, the Coldwater, Ohio warehouse will be relocating and unable to fulfill Packaged Goods (blank stock) orders. We expect to resume shipping from Grove City, Ohio, the week of Aug. 18. Therefore during this three-day period orders will ship from an alternate warehouse location – Cranbury, Fresno, Atlanta, or Dallas.

Aug 1, 2025 – Production & Turn Time Update


Due to a combination of our system platform changeover, higher-than-anticipated order volumes, and ongoing production constraints, we are currently working through a significant order backlog.
 
As a result, due dates on some existing orders (as well as all new orders) will be adjusted to reflect current production capacity. Our estimated turn times by product group are outlined in the table below.
 
Rush orders are not being accepted at this time.
This temporary measure allows us to focus on fulfilling current orders with the accuracy, quality, and attention they deserve.

What to Expect

  • Updated lead times will be communicated at time of order entry based on product group and production capacity.
  • No rush requests will be accepted during this period.
  • New orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure on-time delivery and avoid disruptions.
  • Turn time estimates by product group are available in the table below.

Our teams are working with urgency to fulfill all commitments and return to standard production levels by September 30.

We understand how critical turnaround times are to your business, and we are committed to keeping you informed. If needed, please consider alternative sourcing options in the short term while we work through the backlog.

July 22, 2025 - Production Update


Our production teams are actively working through a high volume of orders as part of the ongoing facility transition. As a result:
 
Current order processing times are running 3–4 days behind standard lead times.
 
To support a full return to our expected service levels as quickly as possible, we are temporarily unable to accommodate rush requests. We know this may cause inconvenience, but limiting rushes allows our teams to focus on fulfilling all orders as efficiently and fairly as possible.
 
Our goal is a fast return to standard service levels, and we appreciate your patience and partnership as we work toward that.
 
We’re here to answer your questions – especially if you need clarification on when to expect normal turnaround times to resume.

July 15, 2025 - Production Update


Thank you for your continued partnership – and for your patience as we navigate important transitions across our production and systems platforms. We’re making steady progress and here’s what’s new:

Product Moves and Milestones
We’ve transitioned Envelopes, Notepads, and Custom Pressure Seal products to their new Centers of Excellence. Several additional categories are currently in motion (see status table below).

Business System Update
As part of this transition, we’ve also migrated to a new internal business system. While necessary for long-term growth, the switch has introduced a few short-term challenges. We’ve seen some initial issues with product search, pricing, and order delays due to manual workarounds. 

Please know that these are top priorities being actively addressed with regular solution deployments.  There will also be an update for those of you with special sample requests. We’re grateful for your understanding as we work to improve speed, accuracy, and service.

June 4, 2025 - Production Update


We’re reaching out with an important update designed to better serve you. Production at Wilmer’s Coldwater, Ohio facility is transitioning to other locations within our manufacturing network. The Wilmer brand remains strong – as do our products, service, and quality. We’re also working closely with our team members to support relocation and employment opportunities within our network.

For the past 100 years, Wilmer has offered a wide range of products – from Prescription Pads to Forms, Checks, and Pegboards. But housing so many workflows in one facility created inefficiencies. This transition allows us to align product types with specialized Centers of Excellence in the East and Midwest – facilities built for high-volume forms, envelopes, and more. The result: improved productivity, increased capacity, and faster, more consistent outcomes.

Here's what you can count on:

  • Your support team stays the same. Customer service reps, prep teams, and account contacts aren’t changing.
  • Production is shifting – not your experience. You’ll continue receiving the Wilmer quality you trust, backed by universal processes that optimize communication and work cell coordination.
  • We’ll keep you informed. Expect regular email updates with key timelines and assignments. For real-time status, bookmark and visit this landing page.
  • Minimal disruption. Most transitions will take place over the next 90 days. Some – like envelopes – are already underway. We do not expect production delays. However, if that were to change, we will notify you in advance.
